Scam Warning

Sunderland Care and Support have been made aware that customers are being contacted by fraudulent organisations, who are taking advantage of the digital switchover by trying to take payment for new Telecare equipment. Customers who receive such a call should never give their bank details to make payment and should hang up. Sunderland Care and Support will never ask you for payment over the telephone.
