As a care provider who is regulated by the Care Quality Commission we comply with the Health and Social Care Act (regulated activities) Regulations 2014 and the Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulations 2009.
Sunderland City Council, trading as Sunderland Care and Support, is registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide regulated activities for customers requiring Personal Care within a number of registered residential and other domiciliary settings.
