Skills for Care supports adult social care employers to deliver what the people they support need and what commissioners and regulators expect. We do this by helping employers get the best from their most valuable resource – their people.

All employees complete the Skills for Care, Care Certificate that ensures that our workforce has the skills and qualifications to deliver high quality social care services for adults. Employees working with children are qualified to the required standard Level 3 Diploma for the Children’s and Young People’s Workforce – Social Care Pathway (England).
