We support adults and children with learning disabilities, complex needs and autism and we’re looking to recruit into the position of support worker in our adult registered residential care services.
Qualifications or experience are not essential as we would be happy to support you with training and development opportunities that would enable you to do the job and do it well!
It is a fantastic opportunity for people who would like to support adults with a range of social care needs, live and enjoy life to their full potential. The support worker role is both exciting and varied and no two days are the same.
As part of the personalised support we offer to our customers, you may be involved in both personal and practical care tasks that enable the person to live their lives safely and in a manner of their choice, where they can pursue social interests and activities and build friendships and relationships.
If you apply for a Support Worker position between the 18th October 2021 and 19th November 2021 and are appointed, you will receive a £500 recruitment incentive after one week of employment. A further £500 will be paid once you successfully complete a 6-month induction and probation period.
