Day Service Reopening

We are delighted to announce the reopening of both Washington and Fulwell Day Services on Monday 7^th December 2020 for the identified customers accessing the services prior to the recent closure.

Our reopening plans and risk assessments have been agreed with colleagues in the Council, Public Health and Adult Social Care (ASC) and the reduced day service offer will resume next week.

The day services will contact you this week to provide information on reopening and if you are not in the identified cohort please contact your Social Worker or a member of the ASC team on 0191 5205552.

We acknowledge that this has been an extremely difficult time for all our customers and families and would like to thank you for your patience and understanding at this difficult time.
