MGL Group, MGL Demolition and Rainton Construction have kindly donated some Christmas gifts and goodies to the vulnerable, elderly and disadvantaged adults and children in our communities.
MGL Group have been engaged with activities over the last few Christmas periods, supporting several community events and initiatives, along with donating food items, Christmas goodies and toiletries to both residents in Sunderland and County Durham via the local authorities.
“MGL Group are delighted to support children and the elderly in the communities in which we work. We deliver gifts across the North East each Christmas, and after a year that has seen so many people face challenges and isolation on an unprecedented scale, we feel that it is more important than ever to reach out and connect with our communities. We wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a healthy and happy New Year.” – Gillian Reader, Director – MGL Group
Sunderland Care and Support are delighted to receive a van loaded with gifts and toiletries to give to the elderly and disadvantaged adults in our community that are alone or shielding at Christmas.
These generous gifts come at an especially difficult time where some people in our community struggle due to money worries, or isolation or even because of the recent pandemic, but these gifts go a long way to making Christmas a lot more special for those who really need it.
