Telecare Alarm Service – Essential Planned Maintenance

We will be carrying out essential planned maintenance on our telecare system from 15 May to 19 May to help ensure the service continues to operate reliably.

We do not expect any interruption to the service. Please continue to use your telecare equipment as normal. During this period, calls may take a little longer to answer, but you will still receive a response.
