Enabling choice, confidence, and everyday independence
Our Learning Disability Supported Living services support adults with learning disabilities to live active, independent lives in their own homes and communities.
The emphasis of this service is on skill‑building, confidence, and empowerment. We support people to learn, practice, and develop everyday life skills that help them achieve their personal goals.
Individuals live in self‑contained accommodation, either alone or with others, depending on their preferences and needs. Support is provided in a way that encourages participation, decision‑making, and independence.
Support typically focuses on:
- Personal care and daily living tasks where needed
- Developing practical life skills and independence
- Managing money, appointments, and responsibilities
- Building confidence and social relationships
- Accessing work, education, and community opportunities
Our support promotes inclusion and self‑determination, enabling people to live the life they choose.
