Before I joined Sunderland Care and Support
I spent 28 years working at Nissan working on the Main Assemble Production line, in the Press Shop and Plastics Shop. I decided to take early retirement when I turned 55 to work in care in some capacity.
My career with Sunderland Care and Support
I came to work for Sunderland Care and Support in 2016 as a telecare response warden. In 2018 I took up the post of a prevention and equipment officer, installing and maintaining telecare equipment. Recently we have also started installing Assistive Technology equipment.
My roles with Sunderland Care and Support are challenging but ultimately rewarding.
